Do you really answer at 2am?
Emergency callouts are exactly that — if it can't wait until morning, ring the number and you'll get Mac. For anything that can wait, a message overnight gets a call back first thing.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. For bigger jobs Mac will come out and look at it properly rather than guessing over the phone.
How far do you travel?
Woolgoolga and the northern beaches are home turf, and we regularly work through Coffs Harbour and south to Sawtell. Ring and ask — if it's a bit further out, we'll tell you straight.
Do you do air conditioning as well as electrical?
Yes — split system supply, installation, replacement and servicing. Doing both means one trade handles the whole job instead of coordinating two.
